Ledgerixy s.r.o., with registered office at Mlynské Nivy 5, 821 09 Bratislava, Company ID: 56 432 178, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section Sro, File no. 178432/B (the “Controller”), processes personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection.

2. What data we process
We process the following categories: name and surname, email address, IP address, browser type, browsing data and information provided in investment forms.
3. Purpose of processing
We process data to respond to enquiries, send the newsletter, fulfil contractual obligations linked to investments, and meet legal duties under EU Regulation 2020/1503 and AML legislation.
4. Legal basis
Consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), performance of a contract (b), legal obligation (c) and legitimate interest (f).
5. Retention period
Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and then 10 years in line with accounting and AML rules, or until consent is withdrawn for the newsletter.
6. Recipients of data
Data may be shared with contractual processors (EU-based hosting provider, email platform, audit firms) and public authorities (NBS, Financial Administration).
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object and to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the SR (www.dataprotection.gov.sk).
