Real estate crowdfunding in Slovakia
Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investing into construction and development projects. You pool your capital with other investors and together participate in real estate projects that would otherwise be hard to access for an individual.
Through a digital platform, multiple investors contribute funds into a specific project. Once construction is completed and the defined goals are met, profits are distributed among all participants proportionally to the size of their investment.
This model allows even people with smaller capital to invest in larger projects such as apartment buildings, residential complexes or renovations of existing buildings — increasingly important in the context of urban and regional development in Slovakia.
